| All package prices (set forth below) include (1)
advances for filing fees, (2) name check (3) drafting and filing of formation
document (usually called Articles of Incorporation for corporations and
Articles of Organization for limited liability companies); (4) drafting
of the governing document (usually called Bylaws for corporations and
Operating Agreement for limited liability companies), (5) Minutes of Organization
Meeting, (6) checklists with respect to certain things to do now and in
the future to organize and maintain your corporation or limited liability
company; (7) documents evidencing the interest of the owners (stock certificates
and investment letters for corporations and membership interest documents
for limited liability companies); (8) provision for free registered (or
statutory or resident) agent service for six months (one year in some
states), home state incorporations or formations only, where we serve
as your agent, and (9) either a Right
of First Refusal Agreement (in the case of corporations or limited
liability companies with multiple members) or discounted annual meeting
minutes for the first year (in the case of single-member limited liability
companies and corporations - ask about the discount).
The following package prices do not include, unless otherwise indicated, (1) expedited filing with the state [advantage: much faster processing; disadvantage: $95 additional, including extra state fees], or (2) federal tax identification number [advantage: needed to open bank account; disadvantage: $55 additional cost]. Therefore, except as indicated, add $95 for expedite, $55 for EIN, $130 for both to the following prices:
